Reviews, without the awkward ask

ReviewPing is a review-collection tool for UK tradespeople — electricians, plumbers, builders, joiners, decorators, roofers and everyone else who works job to job. It exists because good work usually goes unreviewed: by the time you've packed up the van and driven home, asking the customer for a Google review is the last thing you want to remember.

The app keeps a simple list of your jobs. You add the customer's name and mobile number when you take the job on, and when you mark it complete, ReviewPing sends one text with your Google review link. Every message is written from your own template, uses the customer's first name and your trading name, and goes out once — so nobody gets chased. Each link is tracked, so you can see how many customers actually opened it, and opted-out numbers are never contacted again.

It's built for people who work with their hands, not with software: no dashboards to learn, no monthly reporting to wade through. Add a job, finish the job, and let the review request happen on its own while you're on the next one.
